I arrived lunchtime🕛 (which was busy based on how many customers were in the waiting room) and saw Bill. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and told me how long it was going to take. At exactly the time he stated, he comes to the waiting room to tell me that my Sequoia was finished. Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep it up Bill.😀 More
