Oil Change/recall on rear seat belts My experience this time was a bit unusual with this company. I went to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and a recall on my rear seatbelts... The My experience this time was a bit unusual with this company. I went to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and a recall on my rear seatbelts... The person who greeted me was said that he was new and to bear with him while he was figuring out the computer. No sweat, happens, not a big deal. I told him the things that needed to be done and asked specifically about the recall item and if I needed to take the carseats out of the rear. He said No, the tech will do it if it is necessary... however they would not reinstall them. No problem... I went to pick up the vehicle, was helped by the same gentleman. I paid for the service,and waited around for about 15 minutes for the car to be pulled around. They brought out the wrong car. The gentleman said that he must have been dyslexic when giving the tech the #, and then got my keys and escorted me to my car in the lot. He mentioned filling out a survey about my experience multiple times ... I said no problem... After I got into my car, I noticed that the carseats had not been touched. I then started to look at my receipt, noticed that nothing was mentioned. I pulled around and went inside. They confirmed what I suspected, that the recall wasn't even done. They asked if I would stay and they could get it done in about 15 minutes, however I needed to leave to pick up my twins at school. I was re-scheduled for the following week at 8:30 am. I figured that it shouldn't take that long since I had an appointment and because of their previous error. Wrong... I was there for over an hour waiting, and when I finally asked when my car would be ready, I was told that the tech was just now working on it.... another 45 minutes later, and I received my vehicle... Seriously.... at least 1 hour and 45 minutes for what I was told would take about 15 minutes the week before. NOT HAPPY. More

My service person Jason was courteous, genuine, and made me feel welcomed from the start! My service was even completed quicker than estimated!
