Service dept. I am very I in satisfied with service deoartment. I drop my car off at 7:15 for 8:15 appt and they know it needs to be completed by 2:00. Professional, fast and courteous service. I have been to the service area on two occasions within the past few weeks. One time for my 5,000 service and yesterday for a tire light that had come I have been to the service area on two occasions within the past few weeks. One time for my 5,000 service and yesterday for a tire light that had come on. On each occasion, I was welcomed and treated courteously and professionally. The service and the hours of operation, seven days a week, is a major plus for me. Last evening I did not have an appointment but I was welcomed and my tire light notice was fixed in minutes. I am most impressed with the professional and courteous manner that they treat me and all customers that I see in there. Thank you for your excellent service and the way you treat your customers. <20,000 mile check-up Our Toyota service center (Newark Toyota World) does a good job. We were able to sit and relax in the waiting area and have a beverage. Our Asst. Service Manager, Dacia Letts, did a good job of keeping us informed about how long our car would take to be completed. Even though we only had 17,787 miles on the car, this was our "final" free service on our vehicle (20,000 mile checkup). More
