Easily scheduled appointment, courteous professionals, a free shuttle to and from while my Sienna is serviced. Car is returned clean and runs like new. What's not to like. I highly recommend Newark Toyota.

"Price quoted not honored "

You’ve lost me as a customer. I attempted to make an appointment on line without success. When I called and scheduled service I was quoted a price of $59 for an oil change and safety check. The safety check was to check brakes, fluid levels, etc. when service was completed, after two hours for an oil change and safety check, I was charged $67.49 for the oil change and $31.99 for the brake check. When I explained the situation to the service advisor his response was “ I had the same problem with another customer earlier.” I have bought many vehicles from this dealer but they have lost a customer

"Please Call Me and Let Me Know My Car Is Done or Not Done"

I've only been using this service center for the last year or so. Service was excellent in the beginning. I now find that I am not being called when my car is completed (there was add'l work I wanted done that I received via text). I still wanted to talk to the service advisor. I called at 10 am and rec'd no call back. I called again at 2 and was told service advisor never received my message. the add'l work was completed but with headaches of extra phone calls that were not necessary. I wanted the add'l work done due to leaving for vacation. I was advised that I declined service when I had accepted and had proof on my cell phone. Told it's a problem that others have mentioned. Really? I ended up having to wait an extra 1/2 hour. Not a big deal, you say? Well, I dropped my vehicle off at 6:45 am and expected it to be done by 4:45 pm. I ended up waiting until 5:15. This could have been avoided had I received a return phone call. Shuttle service was excellent and on time both ways.

I think you should hire a team of Bill Chaffees. He was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better service visit. We just moved to town and Newark Toyota did their first service on my new highlander. It was done very quickly and Bill kept me updated about everything. He even gave me some helpful hints about the area.
