It was really a nice quick process. The only problem I had was I decided to get gap insurance because previously we had a bad experience with 3rd party gap. I chose to use the gap insurance through our personal insurance co. We now carry double gap because Newberg jeep ram did not respond to our request. Otherwise we are satisfied with our purchase and over all experience. And Carlos was a very nice helpful person. More
