To whom this may concern: I do NOT wish to speak with Ken Fisher (GM) who I mentioned in my original review who was unprofessional at Newberg Dodge or the store manager as both of them did not care about my situation and did not seem to know the car business and how to treat customers like all the other people I had to deal with including the Finance Manager. Greg one of the salesman was the only one who seemed to care. I traded my 2023 Dodge Durango in for a new truck at a dealership who actually cares about customers and long term relationships and rapport. I was very disgusted with everyone who works at that dealership currently including the service department. I was hoping to talk with the owner Bob Lamphere himself. When I first walked in I got bad vibes and actually asked them if they were hiring for management positions. I have 30 years of proven great customer service and sales experience in the landscape industry. If I was the GM I would clean house and hire new dedicated employees who really care about the business and every customer who walks in to buy a new vehicle or needs service done to there vehicle and excited to come to work everyday. Newberg is a small town and I have lived here over 20 years and I know a lot of people who wont be buying from Newberg Dodge as they also had bad experiences. I would expect this dealership to treat everyone who walks through the doors to treat them with respect, dignity and listen to what the customer wants and not make up excuses not to help them. I will NOT reply to anymore reviews or responses after this and hope to get a call from Bob Lamphere himself.
