NJR, I think the best way to understand where you might have fallen short is to talk with Jay on what was happening on Friday The 13th of May prior to my 3:00 appointment that I had for 60,000 mile service. Lot’s going on when I got there (activity wise). Main screen when you start the vehicle says “service fuel filters”. No one in the action of changing oil and air filters noticed. Had to return Monday for another service appointment. As for changing your reviews your automated program sends out each time a service is done, I’m not sure how to alter that. Lastly I had checked the “Sirius” trial in the service input area and have yet to see it activated. Thank you and hoping for more great service jobs in our future. Alan D Gunderson
