Dealership told my mom that the diagnostic would cost $105… it came out to $215… THEN they quoted me 10k to fix some things on my pickup.. took it to a LOCAL mechanic And I'm getting my truck fixed for $105… it came out to $215… THEN they quoted me 10k to fix some things on my pickup.. took it to a LOCAL mechanic And I'm getting my truck fixed for 3k… don't don’t take your vehicles to dealerships they’ll rob ya every time!!! Nothing fixed. ..even after verbal ok. So frustrating. But wasn't charged - for nothing done - which was surprising. Communication wasn't good as called and left ..even after verbal ok. Wish the tech would talk to customer instead of relayed through someone else. Frustrating to hear that something isn't a problem and works - when it doesn't but you can't show the tech. More

I've always been leery of dealerships, but Newberg Jeep did an outstanding job of fixing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's the first time in two years that I feel comfortable driving it anywhere I need to did an outstanding job of fixing my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Repair costs are extremely high. Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Craig was so helpful, accommodating, professional, and just amazing, but the cost was just too high.
