Brought the truck in for a leaky front end deal. It got replaced and was leaking before we got out of the parking lot. The were difficult to get it back in. And they said it needed a axle. I asked w It got replaced and was leaking before we got out of the parking lot. The were difficult to get it back in. And they said it needed a axle. I asked why and for them to give me an explanation on what was wrong with the axle. They then decided to replace the seal again and said if it leaks the axle would need to be replaced. It was still leaking and we took it in to another mechanic and to find out the seal was not put in correctly and there was another piece that needed to be replaced now it does not leak. The mechanics there must not be properly trained and just want to charge you for what is easy for them. I will be calling the management and either requesting a credit or I will take them to small claims. Don’t take your car in here!! More
No customer service at all. I had to do all the calling, constantly, as no one would call me back, even though they said they would. The prices were also way over market value. I am selling my car and will never buy another dodge again, just so I don't have to deal with Newberg Dodge. This is not the first interaction we've had here, every time it has been a dud. No improvement at all. We are done. More
Just as easy as my last service I love that they don't try and pressure you into extra services you don't need or ask for! The only downside of getting service here and waiting onsite is they don't have a try and pressure you into extra services you don't need or ask for! I made do with a chair and regardless will still come back for service. typically, I walk the lot and look at new cars but in this market that only took 15 min to see it all! More
