Had an 8:15 appointment and sat there until well after 11:00. They didn’t have my filter in stock and had to go find one. When someone has an appointment for an oil change, there is no reason to not h 11:00. They didn’t have my filter in stock and had to go find one. The worst customer service ever! I took my truck for an oil change and alignment. The dipstick was left sticking out 3-4 inches, the steering wheel was messed up, and they didn’t fix I took my truck for an oil change and alignment.
