I have a 2018 ram 2500. I’ve had ignition issues since the summer of 2020. The issue occurs at least once a day when the temperatures are warm. After six weeks of combined time the dealership has had my t the summer of 2020. The issue occurs at least once a day when the temperatures are warm. After six weeks of combined time the dealership has had my truck they haven’t been able to re-create the issue, which tells me they’re not really trying and or they’re not reading the notes that I leave. Last time I was in they said it looked like my fuel filters needed to be changed even though I had them changed 500 miles prior to that visit, they are happy to take your money for the endless money pit of services these trucks require but nothing more. Unfortunately I’ll be taking my truck to a diesel shop and paying out-of-pocket for the remainder of its “warranty.” More

Understanding that businesses are a bit behind, they had my vehicle a little too long for my liking. That being said, they did a great job on my repairs and addressing my concerns. I would have appreciated a little more communication. But all in all, they looked at all the things I mentioned and went above and beyond on repairs. They even took care of the warranty stuff so I didn't have to. More

Took my Jeep in for the stop/start fault code for idle shutoff to be fixed. Not fixed, still won't shutoff at idle even after them the holding vehicle for 3 days. Rear defroster wire came off and had th shutoff to be fixed. Not fixed, still won't shutoff at idle even after them the holding vehicle for 3 days. Rear defroster wire came off and had them reweld-secure that piece, it came off again. Not coming back to this dealership. More
