Hi John, I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Newbold BMW did not meet your expectations. As I understand it, you brought back the vehicle 11 days after delivery concerned about damage you just discovered on one of your wheels. Since it was so long after the delivery time, we were not able to get BMW USA to authorize a replacement wheel. We did fix the wheel for no charge in an attempt to remedy the situation. If you do get BMW USA to authorize a replacement, please let us know. We have not had any success in that area.
