I received an email about a trade in offer on my 2008 Prius. I spoke to the internet manager Kristin over the phone. I had a concern about the dealership honoring the quoted price because I had 63,000 mi Prius. I spoke to the internet manager Kristin over the phone. I was able to get pre-approved on the financing through an on line application. I was still apprehensive that when I came in that the deal would somehow change. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was as we spoke about on the phone. Kristin was unavailable when I came in and Ira Oustatcher picked up where she left off.
