I understand you were frustrated with the phone system at Newins Bay Shore Ford. Our parts department is not open on Saturdays, only one individual works to supply the mechanics with the parts you need. I have an online parts request document, also, if you call the part in on Friday you can ask them to leave the parts with service department so they are available to you. A Manager would unfortunately tell you the same thing, however I would like to apologize for anyone who spoke to you rudely. I would not want you to cancel your business account, however we understand your actions. I would like to ask you if you would allow us to make up for your past experience, or remove your review. The Newins Bay Shore Ford Parts Department is not open on Saturdays, hasn't been since our inception in 1938. We always seek to provide our business accounts with the best service possible. We have online parts request menu, that can be accessed through the site. We take pride in all our dealer departments and always strive to provide all our customers the parts and customer service they deserve.

Thanks for your response, however there is nothing is nothing that can make up for my experience. We have moved our business dealings with syosset and Stevens ford. Although inconvenient to drive to, as we are located in deer park, we have never had an issue with them providing parts nor with their service providers.

I apologize for our sales person for giving miss information regarding your deposit. It’s not our policy to hold deposits on vehicles unless the vehicle was special ordered. In this case the vehicle you ordered was already incoming to our dealership and not a special order, so your refund will be processed tomorrow and sent out in tomorrow’s mail. Newins is a family business and because of that we sometimes accept orders over the phone without the proper documents, we try to make doing business at Newins easy and with out pressure, it’s unfortunate that your experience was less then favorable.
