Our sales person had no idea what she was doing and then due to her lack of knowledge and communication grabbed the Manager and my assumption provided him misleading information which resulted him entering due to her lack of knowledge and communication grabbed the Manager and my assumption provided him misleading information which resulted him entering the room in an argumentative rude misogynistic fashion. I was also told they would put tires on my car and didn’t. The car is a year old and the paint job on the car leaves much to be desired the car didn’t come with any floor mats for the price of the car I definitely expected more. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone based off of my last interaction. I was the person purchasing the vehicle and the manager spoke solely to my boyfriend and dismissed most of my questions regarding the car so he can return to his conversation about unrelated topics with my Boyfriend. Salesperson Dylan Carey is understandably new and an experienced so I can’t fall on not having the knowledge regarding the car, but her attitude and confrontational behavior once she realized there was a miscommunication that was on her end it was an excusable She certainly needs more training More
