Overall I would rate my experience as excellent. Greg's knowledge & salesmanship was outstanding along with Joe from the "warranty" department. The only downside was that I was advised by the Manager that the inspection & oil change promotion that my sister received when she brought her call in August was no longer in effect. Newins was prompt, courteous, and the cost of repairs was comparable to a local shop. They suggested repair work but didn't strong arm me. Came in for my first oil change,when I picked up my car and drove home, I noticed that my driver side rear tire was low on air checked the psi there was 10 psi in the tire and the valve was loose and leaki and drove home, I noticed that my driver side rear tire was low on air checked the psi there was 10 psi in the tire and the valve was loose and leaking with no valve cover, and the tires were overinflated with 39 psi in my tires when there’s supposed to have 30 psi according to the app on my phone ,then I walked around the car and noticed that2 of my valve caps were missing .. not what I expected, that was Friday last week,.. I called the service dept they told me to bring the car back on in to look at my problem.. so I brought the car back on Monday morning, they fixed the air pressure , and replaced the valve covers...I brought the car to ford because I thought they had top service, but I get better service at jiffy lube!!! More
