I was very disappointed in the service and the way the whole social distancing standards were not followed.. the service person a young man brought my keys out to me at my car in the parking lot NOT wear whole social distancing standards were not followed.. the service person a young man brought my keys out to me at my car in the parking lot NOT wearing gloves or A MASK! I checked underneath my hood only to find both sides where my air cleaner filters are is covered with 3inches worth of leaves. When I asked him how can you do a BY state inspection and not clear this. His answer was we don’t clean cars. Then he said we can clean it if you want and proceeded to brush the leaves off into the parking lot with his hands .. of course many pieces remained and he walked away.. All Very Unprofessional..
