Great Experience I just want to say by far this was the best experience I ever had. I know I was not an easy customer to deal with. But they remained patient and profe I just want to say by far this was the best experience I ever had. I know I was not an easy customer to deal with. But they remained patient and professional listening to my concerns. And did not stop until they got me into a vehicle that I agreed with. I didn't feel pressured or like I was just a customer. Great customer service.. Very pleased with Cassidy and her management team. They worked with me to come up with a price I was happy with. Cassidy was great. She followed up with me the day after my first visit. She didnt pressure me or harrass me. She was very patient and understood my wanting to talk it over with my husband. When I finally made up my mind, everything moved quickly with the paperwork and I took my new Blazer home. The next day I took my title and spare key to my trade in to her. She spent time answering more questions and helping me with some programing. I believe this was my best experience buying a vehicle. Thank you. More

Not happy I had my dad drop my truck off at the dealership. Told him what I wanted done, and he relayed it to the service department rep. I wasn't aware that th I had my dad drop my truck off at the dealership. Told him what I wanted done, and he relayed it to the service department rep. I wasn't aware that there was a service charge for everything little thing. The service rep never bothered to call me to make sure I wanted to go through with everything I wanted checked, until they completed the inspections to give a quote of $4000 on a truck that's only worth $3500. Also, instead of looking back in the records on my truck; they decided to pull another diagnostic on my check engine light. That I didn't ask for. I refused to pay for that. I told them to only do the overheating issue. To my shock, the total cost was over $1000, and my truck is still running hotter than it should. It runs past the mid point on the gage, and that's without the AC going. The only good thing that occurred out of this visit; is I didn't have to pay for the check engine diagnostic. More
