I bought my truck from newton ford used and had a small issue with it, they recommended that I stop by Newton GMC with the issue, Rebecca immediately stepped in with zero doubt and started working with me issue with it, they recommended that I stop by Newton GMC with the issue, Rebecca immediately stepped in with zero doubt and started working with me to make sure I’d be in under warranty. In ways that I can’t really describe, I felt more taken care of during our conversation and the process than I have with any past dealership or service advisor. I genuinely feel like I’m in good hands and recommend Newton to anyone, as well as the service team at Newton GM, especially Rebecca, knowing that I’m not the only person that gets five star service from her. While waiting I noticed most everyone she helped seemed happier after her help than before. More

Went to trade in my truck on Thursday last week for a 2017 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara and the bank they assigned me backed out and they called me Monday to have me come in to ambush me to say that th 2017 jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara and the bank they assigned me backed out and they called me Monday to have me come in to ambush me to say that they were going to switch to another bank and the monthly payment was going to be up to 500 from 455 . I don’t blame my sales person Tyler it is the total fault of his upper management bullying him into what played out ! I gained a friend but newton chevy you lost a customer! More
