The next day, I found out the new truck I jus After a great facility experience and engagement by all team members I left with my new Silverado 2500. The next day, I found out the new truck I just purchased would not handle the cargo weight of the 5th wheel I wanted to tow. I was distraught, I was in a panic, and I did not know what to do. Let me tell you - Newton Chevrolet went out of their way to take the truck back and find the right truck (a 3500) nearly 200 miles away executing their own dealer trade for one of their other vehicles on the lot to make sure I had what I needed. And....they did this all in one day! That is true customer service and actions I will NEVER forget. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle - these people really stand behind their word and customer service. They have earned my future business for life. The waiting room had hot coffee and snacks for customers to eat while we wait. While I was waiting for the technicians to finish with my GMC I walked around the facility to check out all the new vehicles , every vehicle was clean and the organization/display of all the cars& trucks looked amazing. I feel anyone who comes o this facility to purchase or service their vehicle will be completely satisfied. Overall I am completely happy with the overall service provided.
