What a great experience I checked on a used Jeep I saw on their website by phone and then took a road trip to see it. The three hour drive was sure worth it. As soon as I pulled in the dealership I saw the Jeep. About a minute later I was talking with Salesman Terry Maddox who had talked to me on the phone. Shortly after, General Manager Justin George walked by to chat as well. I felt like we were old friends. There wasn't the "what's it gonna take to get you in this Jeep today." We went inside and they gave me a complete rundown of costs and then let me decide to buy or not. The lack of sales pressure was certainly appreciated. I've never been treated better at any dealership. After a little soul searching, I decided to buy the Jeep. It gets even better. They arranged for excellent financing (better than my home bank).
