Great Kim was great in the service department. She took care of me. I bought my focus in 2017. This was my 2nd oil change. I told Kim what my car was doing Kim was great in the service department. She gave my a loaner car cause they had to keep my car overnight. Great service department! More
Travel blowout Courteous staff. I was driving new 2018 Ford Explorer. Ford dealership did not have matching tire replacement. Had to buy odd tire. Ford needs to repl Courteous staff. Always good in the service department Service team is always great and very helpful. There is never any pressure to complete the additional services they just give you the options and let Service team is always great and very helpful. I had my oil changed on a Saturday with no appointment and only took 45 minutes. At most dealers that’s a 2 hour wait. More
service experience was good, Shop manager Heath did a good job. Only complaint was the technician who forgot to replace a device after completing service. His demeanor does not match public relations with Shelbyville clientele AT ALL. Sr citizens, lifelong Ford drivers unsure if we will return to this dealership. More
