Lisa Cook was our salesperson. She took care of all the details from soup to nuts. She was able to answer any question we had, introduced us to all personnel was our salesperson. We originally stopped in to get repairs on our vehicle but decided repairs were becoming too frequent and wanted to look at a new vehicle instead. We had been looking at the Transit Van for a year, debating if it was the right vehicle for our needs. She got us into the vehicle for a test ride and showed us many details about the vehicle. She was quite knowledgeable. We started in the service department but I don't recall the names. The financing was a breeze, very impressive technology for completing contracts. More
