Friendly and professional I made an appointment to have a rear bumper guard installed on my Rogue. Later I decided that I needed and oil change. I called the dealership and they added this service no problem. When I arrived I was greeted and taken to the waiting area. Rebecca Hargrove the service advisor showed me my air filter and cabin filter. I have owned this vehicle for two years and no one has ever showed then to me. They were in desperate need of changing. Rebecca also gave me information on scheduled maintenance. She stayed with me until I checked out. The other thing that stood out to me was my vehicle was in the pull in/ Drive out service lane . They opened the door and I drove out. At another dealership in Murfreesboro I had to search for my car in the parking lot. I never got my car back in the same condition I took it in.
