We went there looking at the Pathfinder and ended up with a Rouge, which I absolutely LOVE! Mike' s kind and gentle personality was just what I needed. He had more patience than I would have had if I had someone like me as a customer! I literally walked him up and down, back and forth. Read almost all the window stickers on both models. I sent him after MANY sets of keys. After all of that, I knew what I wanted. I wanted the Rouge. Only, your store didn't have what I wanted. Mike along with Dan worked dillagently over the next few days to find me that "perfect" car. After having it sent over from the Gallitan store, it was even better than I wanted! My experience with all employees was top notch. I stopped by Newton Nissan South to look at SUV's. There is plenty of open highway to test drive instead of just around the city, and the cars were clean and ready to go. Negotiation was very easy and low pressure. Trade in Jim did an awesome job finding and making sure i had the car i wanted, i told him that i have been looking at the red Nissan Altima that was used he b Jim did an awesome job finding and making sure i had the car i wanted, i told him that i have been looking at the red Nissan Altima that was used he brought me the one with the tinted windows and once i asked about the back up camera he made sure we had that and he went and found me the other red car, test drove it came back to nissan and he explained everything about the car to me in detail so i knew just how much more safe this car was compared to my 2011 Sentra, he also made very well conversation while we waited for the car to get cleaned up!
