There was a lot to be accomplished on my car and because of employees like Mitchell Roberts my 2007 Nissan was brought up to operating standards and my car runs great. Every organization needs employees like Mitchell because he knows how to make people have a pleasent experience even when your car is not running great. I'm sure Newton Nissan has a lot of outstanding employees but I'm going to ask for Mitchell Roberts when I come back next time because of his knowledge, professionalism and because he is a people person.
