I have been with Abraham dealership for a lot of years and have bought multiple cars and they always get serviced with them. They are wonderful they're helpful with me they always take really good care of and have bought multiple cars and they always get serviced with them. Sales consultant did not do his due diligence, so I am now forced to pay for his $1000 rebate mistake. Not only this, the dealership refused to give me my plates and mats until I paid for a mistake I didn now forced to pay for his $1000 rebate mistake. Not only this, the dealership refused to give me my plates and mats until I paid for a mistake I didn’t make. I tried to fix the issue but now it was up to “GMC” and was told “reality of the situation is it has a slim chance of approval”. So my temp plates expired, no mats, no help. This dealership demonstrated they do not care for their customers. More
