6/25/26 Sadly, after 30+ years of giving this dealership (Mullinax & Auto Nation) five stars, I need to reduce my review. Since becoming Nick Mayer, I've noticed a change. During my last few visits, I feel (Mullinax & Auto Nation) five stars, I need to reduce my review. Since becoming Nick Mayer, I've noticed a change. During my last few visits, I feel I've been talked into things I don't need and/or overcharged. Recently , I was going out of town and took my truck somewhere else for a quick inspection. During the inspection it was found that the back rear rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. After service, I arrived home and while filing my receipt, I noticed the brake pads and rotors were just replaced by Nick Mayer 5,000 miles ago. I saved the brakes to return for the warranty and they refused to honor it because I had the work done somewhere else. I feel that the brake pads are what's under warranty not the labor. The warranty on the physical breaks themselves should be covered no matter where you take your vehicle, especially when the breaks were saved as proof of failure. Because the brakes only lasted 5,000 miles, they were either installed improperly, or a bad product. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer, purchasing my vehicles here and having them serviced here for 30+ years. Doing what's right would have saved me from changing this review. I guess it's time to broaden the horizon, and purchase my next vehicle elsewhere More

I had a Ford Ecosport and it has a recall and I’ve been without a car for about 3 months. Antonio was such a big help getting me into a new 2023 Escape.
