My salesperson was fine but the price of labor is 3 times the part price! Can there be a little break on something?! They replaced my fuel pump the first time, car started cutting off again. My sales person was excellent, but that’s where the excellence stopped. The parts department were 35% higher cost than if I ordered the same parts online thru Ford parts online. ($180 online $240 in house) Their explanation was “I don’t know what to tell you” I had a service appointment to have my roof rails replaced (brand new vehicle bought off the show room floor, but they were smashed and rusted somehow). The headliner needs to be removed in order to access the mounting bolts. You would think they would wear gloves or atleast wash their hands before re-installing the WHITE headliner. Nope, now I have grease on the headliner. I’m waiting to see what they are going to do about it, but so far their response is “we don’t have any porters to clean it for you until Monday” this was Friday at 5:15pm. More
