I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a Jeep from them, and almost immediately after taking delivery, the check engine light came on. An independent diagnostic dealership. I purchased a Jeep from them, and almost immediately after taking delivery, the check engine light came on. An independent diagnostic confirmed a catalyst efficiency fault (P0420), indicating that the catalytic converter needed replacement. Based on the timing, I believe this issue existed before the sale. The dealership acknowledged my concerns and repeatedly told me they would help resolve the problem. I relied on those promises. However, despite multiple emails and follow-up requests, nothing was actually done. They stopped providing meaningful assistance and never repaired the vehicle. Because of this unresolved issue, I paid for diagnostics out of pocket, I have been unable to complete emissions requirements and register the vehicle, and I have lost income because I purchased this Jeep specifically to use as a rental vehicle. I expected honesty, transparency, and support after the sale. Instead, I was left with an expensive repair and broken promises. I hope future customers carefully inspect any vehicle before purchasing and get everything in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More
