Awful transaction. Bought the car online. Pictures sent neglected to show dents and scratches. Car smelled like manure and clearly was used as a farm vehicle previously Bought the car online. Only one key, no floor mats, half tank of gas and no response from dealer after delivery with multiple texts and calls. Car runs fine, but dealer experience was awful. Others may be great to work with but we clearly were assigned the wrong person on this one! More

The customer services from the finance team was one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. I have some issues going on with my truck, have left messages and have yet had phone call returned. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a Jeep from them, and almost immediately after taking delivery, the check engine light came on. An independent diagnostic dealership. I purchased a Jeep from them, and almost immediately after taking delivery, the check engine light came on. An independent diagnostic confirmed a catalyst efficiency fault (P0420), indicating that the catalytic converter needed replacement. Based on the timing, I believe this issue existed before the sale. The dealership acknowledged my concerns and repeatedly told me they would help resolve the problem. I relied on those promises. However, despite multiple emails and follow-up requests, nothing was actually done. They stopped providing meaningful assistance and never repaired the vehicle. Because of this unresolved issue, I paid for diagnostics out of pocket, I have been unable to complete emissions requirements and register the vehicle, and I have lost income because I purchased this Jeep specifically to use as a rental vehicle. I expected honesty, transparency, and support after the sale. Instead, I was left with an expensive repair and broken promises. I hope future customers carefully inspect any vehicle before purchasing and get everything in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More
