Took my truck in late in the day and had advised them I needed it back by a certain time. The truck was not ready however they did get it down quick as possible. I had an oil change and saw oil under my truck this morning so will keep an eye on it to make sure there's nothing going on. More

We were kept up to date and informed every 20 minutes or so in what was happening and what they would need to do next. They were very nice even though it took a couple of hours. We need to come back when ou so in what was happening and what they would need to do next. They were very nice even though it took a couple of hours. We need to come back when our second key comes in and have it cut but at least they got us 2 fobs ready to use so we don't get stuck somewhere and not be able to start the car. Thank you so much. I had an appointment for a recall notice. When i made the appt i asked if the parts were available. Turns out they need to order the parts. So I spent 4-5 hours and $60 in transportation cost When i made the appt i asked if the parts were available. Turns out they need to order the parts. So I spent 4-5 hours and $60 in transportation cost only to have to return once the parts are at the dealer. More
