I was contemplating getting a new car, then I saw the Acura ILX (from Niello) on display at the Galleria Mall in Roseville and I was sold. I loved the look of it and just knew I had to have it. I called the Sales Department at Niello Acura and got Kevin. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking to accomplish. He answered all my questions and immediately went to work putting a deal together for me. Kevin was extremely understanding and he fulfilled all of my requests. Kevin was very informative, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. This was definitely not a normal car buying experience that many consumers dread and complain about.
