I had a major service with a belt replacement. I called the dealer and talked with Larry the service manager, he offered to have a technician drive 60 miles to my place of work the next morning to fix it, exceptional service. Turns out it was a bearing in the pulley that died this caused the belt to snap. Niello took care of the belt issue and let me use a loaner, everything was no charge. I am very happy with Niello Acura and am planning to buy a new TL from them in the spring. More
