terrible customer service We took our Q5 in for its first oil change and service last week. We don't live near an Audi dealer so we had a few issues/concerns "saved up" since w We took our Q5 in for its first oil change and service last week. We don't live near an Audi dealer so we had a few issues/concerns "saved up" since when we purchased the vehicle (new) 10 months ago. Our service guy was extremely condescending, didn't listen to us (literally walked away from me when I was talking to him), and rude. He made it very clear that he thought we had too many concerns/questions about the vehicle. When he handed us the keys to our loaner vehicle, we told him we needed to get our luggage out of our vehicle before leaving. He literally just pointed to our car in the service lane, and turned around and went back inside without asking if we needed help or offering to pull the loaner closer. When we returned for our car a few days later, he didn't acknowledge us at all, and no one went through our service "report" with us except the cashiers (after we asked some questions), who had a difficult time even finding confirmation that the oil change was done. Most of the items on the report were listed as "could not replicate problem" so I have no idea what they did. I have never had such an awful experience when having a vehicle serviced. I expected more from a "luxury vehicle" dealer. More
Doesn't care customer services I scheduled routine services at this dealer through their web site recently. As the web site stated that free shuttle services provided for customer I scheduled routine services at this dealer through their web site recently. As the web site stated that free shuttle services provided for customer within 40 miles from the dealer location, booking of the shuttle services was also placed. On scheduled date, after check in, we were declined to have the shuttle services as the destination was 23 miles away and was considered too far. That obviously mismatches what web site stated and deceives customers. This dealer doesn't care customer's need and concerns. More
my car is audi a6 2012 has a salvage title. I need to reprogram my new interface Gateway on the car, and i found that only audi dealers can do it(special PIN required). When i brought the car to the Niello dealership they told me that they don't deal with salvage cars and send me to another audi dealer who told me the same thing. I know that should be solution from this situation, but i just want to point that i received absolutely unprofessional service from tech guys in Niello Audi dealership. More
I own a Lincoln, a new Ford F150, an '08 Audi TT and an Audi Q7 4.2. I drive 20mi. to get my Ford & Lincoln serviced, but I drive 60mi. 1-way to get my Audi serviced. To me having my cars fixed right the 1st time is extremely important to me, also I'm very particular and not a very patient customer. Niello Audi has a state-of-the-art, totally brand new facility, with the most high-tech and modern equipment available. Even Audi passes up several closer dealers to bring their 'Driving-Experience' & 'Racing-Experience' vehicles at Sonoma County's Infineon Raceway to Niello Audi for service and repair. Niello Audi's tecnicians are top-notch and highly rated, but best of all John Garcia, my service advisor, is the best in the business. It's easy to see why he's consistently rated amoungst the top Service Advisors in Audi's Western Region. He's highly professional, very knowledgeable, totally committed to the brand and extremely passionate about his job. He's also very personnable with great follow-up and follow-thru on his committments. Oh BTW, I agree with the previous review, that Scott Bunker is very good as well, 2nd only to John Garcia. If John's not aroung, Scott is the only other advisor I will deal with, he's young and got a lot of growing room left. LOOK-OUT John, that Scott kid is gunnin for you, and he's really packin! Take my word for it, if you own an Audi and you're fanatical about your cars, and want exemplary service + superior attention, Niello Audi is worth the drive. I'd gladly drive double the distance for the quality service they provide. More
