I lived a considerable distance from Niello Mini, so all my correspondence was done on the phone, and through email. Both Kevin and Creed were accessible to me whenever I called and they responded back to me very fast. When I arrived at the dealership, Creed met me at the door with a warm greeting, and handshake. I was very impressed with the layout of the dealership and how friendly everyone was. Creed was very patient with me, especially during the test drive, and he handled the paperwork like a pro. I can not say enough good things about Niello Mini and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you again for such a pleasurable experience. More

NOT TRUST WORTHY I was sent to pick up a car for a customer, that she had got online and was going to load it onto my trailer. When I had finished my report and gave i I was sent to pick up a car for a customer, that she had got online and was going to load it onto my trailer. When I had finished my report and gave it to the manager to sign, he said that i wrote that there were a lot of scratches on the car and chips on the windows. He wanted me not to write the damages on the Bill of Landing. The owner bought the car online and is expecting to get a car without damage. These guys are CROOKED and NOT telling the customes about the damages to the car. And If i didn't write the damages on the Bill of landing i would have to pay for them, cause the customer is expecting to get a car that is newly but used without damages. Beware of the internet sales department!!! Very Crooked. Had a deal made through internet sales over phone. Called back and said had to take deal off table because of a mysterious scratch on front fender tha Had a deal made through internet sales over phone. Asked him to send pic of scratch and he sent it through Snapchat, so as soon as you look at pic it is deleted.. Did not even look like same car. Tells me it is off to the body shop to be repaired. Calls back later same day to say it has miraculously been fixed and if I wanted to get back into the bidding at $500 dollars more than what we originated. Meanwhile, I now see the car all over Craigslist and other sites at Original asking price. It was like they where trying to keep me on the hook while seeking better offers. They whole experience at this dealership reeked of stench. Very crooked!!! More

She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, demonstrated exceptional customer service & remarkably helpful. I had been looking for a 2015 Ford Explorer for over a month, worked with multiple dealers, had terrible experiences. Decided to look into the MINI world upon the urging of my two teenage daughters & irrevocably, completely & utterly fell in love with a little grey 2015 four door MINI. Kristin, Alonzo & Jermaine had me out of there driving home in my new spectacular MINI in less than 3 hours from arriving to departing. Kristin explained all the features of the car twice to me (I was a little overwhelmed) & helped me program “everything” from my IPhone (music, phone contacts), ambiance lighting, etc…I have told all my friends, family & coworkers about my amazing experience with the Niello MINI on Auburn Blvd, hoping a few will join my MINI world & buy some Coopers. Horrible Luck With This Dealership I have purchased two Mini Coopers from Niello Mini. The first was a 2013 r56 Hardtop. When I purchased the car in 2013, The salesman marked the price I have purchased two Mini Coopers from Niello Mini. The first was a 2013 r56 Hardtop. When I purchased the car in 2013, The salesman marked the price up 10% $2000. At the time this was my first car buying experience, so I was a little upset but just assumed this was the norm and didn't speak up or try to negotiate. Other than this the car was great and I loved it! My second Mini I purchased from Niello was a 2015 F56 Hardtop S. My Motoring Advisor was Kevin Powell. Kevin is a great guy and a lot of fun! I special ordered my Mini and when it arrived right from day one I had issues. The transmission was bad and would intermittently make a loud squealing noise. I had to bring the car in to them 3 different times because they could not duplicate the sound. On the third time they had me come and drive with a technician in the car to make the tranny squeal. When we got back to the dealership, I had a short conversation with the BMW regional manager who happened to be there. I believe his name was Mark. After he has a conversation with both me and the technician Paul Ronald, he decides to flag my vin trying to blame the cause of my transmission problem on me. Well I do plenty of research and I'm well aware that I'm not the only one who's having transmission problems with the new F56. So now my car has a flagged vin. After replacing the transmission, I pick up my car. I believe the same day or very next day, the sound is back. I get the transmission replaced yet again. Three loaner cars and two transmissions later, my car is finally fixed. around 8 thousand miles on the car, I start having issues with a drivetrain malfunction. I take it in and they do a reset on the computer, and an oil change. I'm good for a couple thousand miles, then it pops up on my dash yet again. after bringing it back, they decide a sensor needs to be replaced, and I should be fine driving until it arrives. I get a call that the part has come in and I make an appointment. When I come in the service advisor Robert Daniel asks me what they're doing for me today. I tell him that I keep getting a drivetrain malfunction and that they're replacing a sensor. He asks me to sign some papers, and says no mention of a factory recall that they are going to fix on my car. They removed my two car seats in the back to do the recall fix and in doing so, scratch up my brand new infant car seat. When I put this seat in it was in mint condition without a single scratch. My son isn't even born yet and they've scratched it up and damaged my property! I spent $430 on this car seat! I am pissed!! I talk to the service manager Michele Shelton who is of zero help and has absolutely no sympathy! She gives me a 'well thats your problem not mine' kind of attitude. I have had horrible luck with this dealership. It is unfortunate because there are a few great people here I really like. More
