I usually work with Matt but unfortunately he was out sick. The other gentlemen that helped me were not nearly as professional or knowledgeable as Matt is. The People were lovely. There was a delay in getting to analyze my problem because they had repair men out sick. My car gave an error message that it was a battery problem w There was a delay in getting to analyze my problem because they had repair men out sick. My car gave an error message that it was a battery problem when, it just needed a software update. I had to rent a car for the week, and I got mixed answers as to whether that was included or not. I wished that the service guy got back to me with an update without me having to call daily. More
