I've been bringing my Ford truck to this dealership for many years for service so when it came time for a new purchase the place to go was a no brainer. I drive 45 minutes to get to Magarino vs the 5 minutes it takes to get to the Ford dealer nearest me because of the quality of service in all aspects I have received here. I won't purchase my Fords from anywhere else. My salesman, Frankie I, was wonderful! He didn't want to just sell me a car, he wanted to sell me the car I wanted. He spent the day trying to find a dealer with the exact car I wanted and coordinated to get it the next day for me. He worked hard to get a price and financing that worked for me And my budget. I won't go anywhere else in the future and Frankie will be my salesman no questions asked! More

dissapointed customer i went to Magarino ford to purchase new F150. The truck i test drove and liked a King Ranch had the features i needed. I'm legally blind in left eye i went to Magarino ford to purchase new F150. The truck i test drove and liked a King Ranch had the features i needed. I'm legally blind in left eye, and going blind in my one good eye which i made dealer aware of. I need certain safety features for my bad eye. After negotiating price, the vehicle i liked, could not afford. The dealer should have said we dont have anything, and i would have left. instead, they shown me another truck a lariat, trim below king ranch, but was told it had the options i need. I dint look at it, and said i would test drive later in day to see the headlights at night if bright enough for me. I cam back at night, went for test drive, and lights were fine. Dealer then rushed me into signing loan paper work before showing and explaining truck features.. They told me to come back next week with questions. Now after driving few day, i cannot find how lane assist works, only to find out its missing this very important option i need as i cannot see road lanes well at night and in bright sun light. Magarino refuses to help and says nothing. I've even tried cancelling loan via ford credit. Very lousy company and lack of knowledge. I hope i have an accident and hurt someone Magarino knows or loves. More
