His teamwork with Orlando Sanchez, the financial genius was seamless and efficient. We were treated with courtesy and respect from start to finish. Both men went all out to please. Frank followed up with several emails and calls to insure we were satisfied and if we required any assistance. I must admit, we have been doing business with this dealership since 2008 and have been treated very well in the past. Looking forward, I expect the relationship to continue. More

It's a fantastic vehicle & he made the car buying process the easiest & most stress-free car related transaction I've had. But now that winter weather is coming, I pulled into the garage the other day & thought I should top up the windshield fluid w/ the de-icing kind I have. Managed to get that done, but found I couldn't close the hood again!! No matter what I did, the hood would not close completely - it remained about an inch open. I was pacing around, reading the manual to find out what I was doing wrong - the book didn't give me any clues & I couldn't figure out what was causing the problem. So in desperation, I called Steve - his first question, "Where are you?" I told him in the garage & he said, "I'll be right over." I live a couple miles from the dealership and sure enough, he was at my house in a flash. He walked over to the car, looked at everything, and proceeded to close the hood - no problem!!! What did you do, I asked, incredulous that it had been that easy for him. He had let the hood close under it's own weight. It was that simple - I had been gently lowering the hood, thinking I was helping. Nope - just have to let it go on it's own & it closes perfectly. What's astounding about this that even though I was only a few miles away, Steve was there to help me immediately, no problem whatsoever. I am so very grateful for such fantastic service that I just had to post here again. Steve Romain is an outstanding salesman and my husband & I will definitely be back to purchase vehicles from him and this dealership again! More
