Total Waste of Time Dealing With Stan Sher. Very Rude I attempted to email and reach out to this dealership multiple times and was largely ignored until I received a very rude email from a "manager" named I attempted to email and reach out to this dealership multiple times and was largely ignored until I received a very rude email from a "manager" named Stan Sher. He said that they spent enough time emailing me and wouldn't email me any longer. That if I wanted to discuss a vehicle that I would have to go to the dealership. Mind you I have two children, one who is nearly 3yrs old and another who is 8mos old, work 50 hours a week, and go to school part-time. Every other car I've leased I've been able to talk via email, this dealership was better when they were owned by Lynnes. Now, they are rude and don't care about customers. It could have been an easy sale and Stan spoiled it for his company. Good job Stan, perhaps this isn't the line of work for you. Update: 2/20/18 Since Nissan of Stanhope decided I was wasting their time and it was "too difficult for them to do a deal via email" (which is a lie, they were just being lazy and put their own interest ahead of the customer) I bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV Touring pkg from Nissan World Of Denville. I highly recommend them as a dealership. They were friendly and had no problem working with me via email. In this day in age the need to spend all day arguing over price in a dealership is gone, it shouldn't be as difficult as Nissan of Stanhope made it, and Nissan World of Denville did a good job. I recommend you go there instead. More
