Visited the dealership just today, to look at the 2014 VW Passat 2.0L TDI SEL Premium. The sales rep, Tee, was quick to get the key and show us the car. She was friendly and took her time to explain some thi Passat 2.0L TDI SEL Premium. The sales rep, Tee, was quick to get the key and show us the car. She was friendly and took her time to explain some things about the car, while my husband went at it (meaning, looking for everything important you should look at while considering buying a car). Tee, drove the car over for us to have a test drive, however, my husband spotted the scratch on the front windshield. Tee immediately said she would get the sales manager, to discuss getting the windshield replaced. While she was away, we decided to open the trunk, because we noticed evidence of a water leak in the trunk. The husband opened the trunk cover, and in between the tire and the base board, I could see a brown substance, which was sticky. Remember, a few years back, a bunch of cars flooded, and dealerships were still trying to push them off to customers! Not this one! As soon as my husband removed the tire, there was mold on the bottom side of the tire! Yeah, no, we're not doing this! So, Tee comes back with this guy, I have no idea who he is, because he never greeted us, nor did he provide his name. Tee explained to him about the scratched windshield, then he walked around to the back of the car, and my husband let him know, there's mold and a water leak. This 'gentleman' seemed to have a bit of an attitude! I'll pay for the windshield to be replaced, but I'm not fixing any of this, because I don't need to! That's when I responded with a, "We don't need to either!" I was done! Then, he went on to say, if I don't sell this car, it's going to audition. Okay, and you sending it to audition is in some way hurting us? Child boo, my husband and I own 5 Volkswagen cars, which includes 2 ID.4 EVs. We have our own car rental business, and we own various properties as real estate investors. We are not pressed, nor will we ever do business with someone that lacks common courtesy and customer service abilities. You just lost a lifetime customer, along with recommendations to purchase from your dealership. We flew in to Jacksonville from New Orleans to buy the amazingly priced 370z Nismo that Nimnicht had. Since moving to the South I have found it very difficult to find a car dealer that I feel I can trust and will continue doing business with. I have finally found one with Nimnicht. Ty is a consummate pr to find a car dealer that I feel I can trust and will continue doing business with. I have finally found one with Nimnicht. Ty is a consummate professional. Having been us sakes myself fir over 30 years, it is great to work with someone who understands customer service. Ty follows up, delivers what he promises and is a lot of fun to work with. The dealership is very clean and organized with several very nice waiting areas. It is the type of setup I would expect in a high line dealership. Working with the credit manager was also a very pleasant experience. In summary, I am a very loyal customer when I am treated well and feel that I can trust the people I am working with. This is absolutely the case with Ty and Nimnicht. I purchase a lot of vehicles and plan to continue this relationship for future purchases. More

In my 40 or so years of buying vehicles I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with Julio’s sales technique. If it’s his own y all should have him conduct some training. Wasn’t planning on buying that day it was more of a “let’s look and make sure I actually like it” trip. Julio was more than willing to drive us around the lot and find what I was looking for and most importantly he was able to get it to my house to make sure it fit in the garage! What can I say he made it nearly impossible to say no, so we didn’t. Now she’s comfortably parked in my garage! More
