During our search for our new car, we did go to other dealers, and we were extremely disappointed in our experience. No one would give us a price to lease info without us being haggled with questions lik dealers, and we were extremely disappointed in our experience. No one would give us a price to lease info without us being haggled with questions like do you have a trade in, or some other useless questions. We found Nissan 112 website and found it very user friendly and had the most inventory. As soon as we walked in, we were Greeted by a receptionist and John C took it from there. And I can truly say it was the best car shopping experience ever and I even asked what's the catch this is too easy!! I wish I needed another car because, it was a great experience! My next car will be another Nissan and from this dealership! More

They Scammed me on additional warranty. Salesmen told me that I needed to purchase a Custom Edge Warranty with the van to make the purchase. They explained the cost of it ($2000) would be Salesmen told me that I needed to purchase a Custom Edge Warranty with the van to make the purchase. They explained the cost of it ($2000) would be refunded after a 3 year period as long as no warranty claims were made against it. The 3 year period is up now, and no warranty claims were ever made. They refuse to refund the documented and promised amount. They say the warranty company has denied the refund due to lack of maintenance, Sorry guys, the van has all the proper maintenance records but bottom line is it never had a warranty issue, Custom Edge never paid out a dime! WHERES MY REFUND ? More
