Dropped off car at 8am for a recall issue. I was told over phone 2 hour wait. When I checked in , one agent said 3-3 hours, but when I wrote up ticket another rep said “most of day.” :It’s no I was told over phone 2 hour wait. Terrible information, terrible communication…I refused any “ routine tuneup” additions to my recall service. Is that why they are so careless? Very disappointed. More
