(read the YELP, bbb, and other REAL reviews for the TRUTH) I almost NEVER write reviews... eve LIARS.. UNPROFESSIONAL.. BS'ers.. DISRESPECTFUL.. (read the YELP, bbb, and other REAL reviews for the TRUTH) I almost NEVER write reviews... ever.. but this dealership touched me on the next level of disgust, and brought the "karen" out. To start off, my wife and I came in for a vehicle.. everything was smooth sailing.. until the end. Started with the usual back and fourth, playing the dealer games, figuring out a fair deal. We were quoted "out the door price" for the vehicle we were interested in, from both the MANAGER and the SALES REP assisting us. We decided to leave and give ourselves some time to make up our mind. THIS IS WHERE THINGS GET UGLY.. We come back after an hour or so to complete the purchase. Sales rep (Justin) and I SHOOK on the price quoted prior and he starts writing me up. I take out the cash to complete the purchase.. and ALL OF A SUDDEN the managers switched up on the deal. They started LYING and saying stuff like "oh that wasn't out the door price... its finance price", when the WHOLE time we were negotiating the "out the door" FINAL PRICE, with the MANAGER(S) themselves. The word "finance" wasn't even mentioned, let alone be the topic of discussion. If that wasn't enough filth to turn anyone away, they TRIED to make ME feel STUPID as if I were DELUSIONAL... like we didn't JUST(and before) have the conversation for "out the door FINAL price", and didn't JUST shake on the deal. Not even acknowledging the fact that they are the ones who just went back on their word, like a bunch of clowns. Furthermore, they are speaking to me very unprofessionally at this point.. getting LOUD, standing over me puffed up like they about to DO something(both the managers). I of course walked out at this point being in ABSOLUTE DISGUST and told them I will make sure to write my feedback. I get in my car, about to drive off... and the manager Literally knocks on the window JUST to say(and I quote) "DON'T FORGET TO ADD HOW ILLITERATE YOU ARE ON THE REVIEW"..... WOW I will NEVER give them my business. What a F'in waste of my time and energy. VERY unprofessional, DISRESPECTFUL, especially the manager(s). I would practice social distancing from these clowns at all cost and take my business elsewhere. People like them are the reason why good dealers have bad rep and turn car buying experience into a nightmare. And whoever responds to the comments... save it. More

I have been using Nissan 112 for the past 15 years. I always had a excellent experience. Gwen Ziccardi has been wonderful to my entire family as they all are customers at 112 Nissan do to the fact that always had a excellent experience. I was very impressed by the professionalism of all those at Nissan 112. Not only was everyone so kind and welcoming, but the sales service was genuine and helpful. My Mother-in law, and father-in-law purchased a car from this place and got completely taken advantage of. They have heavy accents and don't understand English as well as someone who speaks it as a native this place and got completely taken advantage of. I'm sure these people knew that and why they took advantage and why I am the one writing this review. I told them to go to a specific dealership on route 112 because they had a good Nissan Rogue for sale and fit their budget. They ended up at Nissan 112, because they thought to themselves, they want a Nissan, and it's on 112. Anyway, the sales person told them the car was $16,700, and insisted that he told them that was the internet price which didn't include the sneaky "minus a $1995 down payment" message. I can't figure out why they even bothered to tell them the internet price when they pretty much don't know what the internet is. Then the finance manager, Paul, sold them a warranty they didn't need or want, didn't inform them correctly about the $2000 in dealership fees that weren't included in the price of the vehicle, and somehow they ended up paying over $30,000 for a 2017 Nissan Rogue. For that price they could've purchased a brand new one. So I went back with my father-in-law to discuss this, and Paul wasn't there, so they sat us down with a different finance manager, and when he noticed we were there in disgust about the deal, he blew us off and played the "he said/she said" game saying, "well I wasn't there so I don't know what was said." He told us we'd have to come back and speak to Paul when he was in. So we did, and Paul proceeded to insult me when signing the paperwork to negate the extended warranty saying, "when your car breaks down, you can tell your son-in-law he can pay for it." It's no wonder car salesman and finance managers have a bad name in this industry. On top of all of that, my mother-in-law asked repeatedly for someone to go over all the numbers involved and they kept deflecting, same as when we went back to see Paul. He did the same thing, and they still have not supplied my mother-in-law with a copy of the bill of sale, which I think, is illegal. Either way, as you can tell, I would recommend you stay away from this dealership as they will certainly take advantage of you if you don't know what you're doing. More
