DISHONEST, LIE TO YOUR FACE, BLACKMALER'S THIS WAS MY SECOND LEASE, FIRST TIME HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE, THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. After I spoke with the managers for the final sign of the lease, i THIS WAS MY SECOND LEASE, FIRST TIME HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE, THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. After I spoke with the managers for the final sign of the lease, ii did my homework on hidden fees that dealer tack on when you go for the final sign. I stated I wanted to have the deposition fee removed for starters, they said they will remove it in t he system. I paid for the taxes o n the car upfront.. The dealer manager,MIKE SPERLING said he would pay off the last 2 payments of previous lease 2016, to get me into a 2019 car.. The lease department kept giving me the run around ,' the finance guy is not here,"" left for the day," " he is on vacation," " you have to complete the survey before I can pay off your lease,THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL I PAY IT." So I did and gave them a less than perfect survey. The salesmen , Cisco Huaman,called me to say, Mike Sperling is mad now, he will not pay it, it is out of my hands. You have to talk to Mike now.It is n ow a month + and I will tell the manager, he is going to send the check out today. No, its been a month and a week and still there is a balance on my previous lease. Do not go here to lease a car, especially if they tell you they will pay your last few payments of your previous lease. its a SCAM they will not!! Lies I will go to corporate headquarters with names and they will pay this! Lesson learned, customer never do survey until its paid. More

From beginning to end my experience with my purchase was handled with exceptional professionalism and salemenship. This was my experience , because my salesman, Rob Campbell was the person who made this happen. Rob Campbell really knows his trade and myself , my wife and especially my 87 yo MIL , could not be happier with the auto he sold us. MR Campbell , in my opinion , is the best car salesman on Long Island. KUDOS to you Rob . More

Excellent customer service I visited Nissan 112 with a lease I needed to get out of from another dealership. Not only were they able to assist me in getting out of that lease but they were able to put me into a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder that I am really happy with. Leased 2019 Rogue I returned my leased 2016 Rogue and leased a 2019 Rogue from Rob. I got a great deal on my new lease and I am very happy. VERY FRUSTRATED I brought my 2010 Nissan Murano to this service department on 8/22/19. I explained that my 18-year daughter had been having intermittent acceleration I brought my 2010 Nissan Murano to this service department on 8/22/19. I explained that my 18-year daughter had been having intermittent acceleration issues with the car for several months. I had the car looked at by my regular mechanic who could not determine what the problem was so I brought it back to Nissan 112, where I bought the car. I advised them that I recently had a friend of the family, a master mechanic with 11 years experience at Toyota, take a look at the car. After several hours of looking at and test driving the car, he determined that the problem was related to the CVT, a known problem with the transmission for that year Murano (covered under Nissan Service Bulletin NTB11-002c). I advised them of such when I dropped it off. Each day I would call and check in with them and they would tell they could not find a problem. On 8/29, the master mechanic who had assessed the problem went to Nissan 112 and recreated the problem in the presence of the service consultant. He then agreed that this problem was related to the CVT and would be covered under extended warranty per the service bulletin. The next morning I called and spoke to the service consultant and he confirmed that the problem was related to the CVT and the car would get a new transmission. Less than 2 hours later, he called me back to tell me that it was an air dam problem that I would be charged to have replaced. I again consulted with the master mechanic who assessed the car who immediately told me that if it was just the air dam the problem would be persistently present and not just intermittent when the car has been driven for some time. I went in and spoke to the service manager who also insisted it was the air dam. I asked why this had not been determined over the several days (8/22-8/29/19) they had the car. His response was that the head tech has just looked at the car that day (8/29). I now have to wait and worry that again my daughter will lose acceleration in a dangerous situation and perhaps be injured or worse. More
