I have had many vehicles over my lifetime and I do my homework prior to walking into the showroom so I don't appreciate being treated as if I don't know what I am talking about. Ed has a great demeanor and attitude which is not common in salesrooms today. Ed also personalizes the experience sharing great stories about his precious granddaughter.
