They found a serious problem with my 2018 altima- they needed some extra time so they gave me a loaner which was a really nice sentra which i may decide to get at some point. They were able to fix my car needed some extra time so they gave me a loaner which was a really nice sentra which i may decide to get at some point. I've been helped by Ryan for a few years and he has always provided the utmost customer service. He was able to get my car fixed, serviced and test driven to keep me at ease, also when I dropped off th always provided the utmost customer service. He was able to get my car fixed, serviced and test driven to keep me at ease, also when I dropped off the car, I was able to get dropped off at work. The process was quick and got my car back 2 days after warranty approval. He also contacted me throughout the whole process. He was also kind enough to have one of the techs Miguel or Manuel drop off my car at my job to save time. I'm always truly grateful to work with Ryan and he's the reason why I would keep coming back. I also want to thank Miguel or Manuel for dropping me off at work and bring my car after it was serviced. More
