I scheduled a 9:30 a. m. appointment and clearly noted that my vehicle was an Acura. I arrived early at 9:17 a.m. and was told that two cars were ahead of me. By 10:30 a.m. m. appointment and clearly noted that my vehicle was an Acura. I arrived early at 9:17 a.m. and was told that two cars were ahead of me. By 10:30 a.m., I still hadn’t received any updates, so I asked about the estimated time of completion. I was then told there was still one car ahead of me, meaning I had at least another hour to wait. I asked to speak with the manager, Chris, who explained that they were short-staffed and needed to order a filter—none of which had been communicated to me. I let him know I had to leave due to another appointment and suggested that staff should notify customers about any delays. His response was that I should have communicated my own schedule, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he mentioned that a technician had a heart attack, which came across as an inappropriate and possibly fabricated excuse. Sharing an employee's personal health information in that way is also a serious violation of privacy.(HIPPA) Due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall unprofessionalism, I will not be returning. More
