WARRANTY AND WHEN i GOT HOME I FOUND A BROCHURE THAT IT WAS A NISSAN CERTIFIED USED CAR WITH THE SAME WARRANTY AS THE $3500 ONE. i WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND TO SUM IT UP THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THE SERVICE MGR. IF YOU OWN A 2015 NISSAN ROGUE, DON'T LOOK FOR YOUR SPARE TIRE BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ONE. THAT'S RIGHT A $30,000 CAR WITH NO SPARE, NOT EVEN A DONUT. I WAS TOLD WHEN THE DESIGNED THE CAR THERE WAS NO PLACE TO PUT ONE SO YOU DON'T HAVE A SPARE TIRE BECAUSE THE DESIGNERS COULDN'T FIND A PLACE FOR IT. EVERYBODY THAT BELIEVES THAT PLEASE STAND ON YOUR HEAD FOR 5 MINUTES. More

They called to say that I needed 2000 plus on the engine diagnostics...due to the age of my car (2005)! When I got upset about the fact I hadn't asked for engine diagnostics, that was not on my bill when I picked it up. Ironically enough, I didn't get the standard dealership survey after that visit. Researched other dealers and came up with a price I could live with. Called Quinton, gave him the price I would pay and they met it. Was at their dealership in 1.5 hrs and they had the car in the detail shop cleaning it from end to end and did a great job. Did everything they said they would and then some. Will definitely go back and do business with them the next time. More
