Took inn for Driver airbag emblem recall. I get a call back it's Ready after about 2.5hrs. Show up on a Uber because it's pass 4pm and no more shuttles are available. It was a terrible experience. Even though they had the part in stock, I had to wait in a hotel down the street for 9 days to have it installed. I had an inconvenience with one of the service workers at the front . He was being rude. I was so used to great customer service with Helena. She doesn’t work there anymore. How ever they didn’t have cars at the front . He was being rude. I was so used to great customer service with Helena. She doesn’t work there anymore. How ever they didn’t have cars available. I was Not notified when my car was finished, Jahan stated he called out my wife's last name, while I was in the waiting area. I was told I would get a Text (didn't happen) and I was waiting for it (4hours). he called out my wife's last name, while I was in the waiting area. I was told I would get a Text (didn't happen) and I was waiting for it (4hours). Jahan apologized and said he took a little off the bill for my inconvenience. My bill was the same as the estimate. Doesn't look like he did & the final bill didn't show any deductions. He then gave me someone else's key and I had to go back in to get mine. As a customer, I do not feel like I mattered and how can I recommend this service center when I can't trust what I'm told? More
