Easy, helpful and negotiable It was late afternoon, when we got to the dealership. They were very busy. As soon we arrived there, the salesman greeted and checked us in. Though there was a customer head of us, Douglas made sure we were comfortable, he offered us some snacks and water. He was multitasking, which was very impressive. He showed us the car with features I was looking for and stayed with price range. When we decided on the Rogue, we took it for test drive. I fell in love with the Rogue. It was perfect size for me. I was able to negotiate with him and he worked with me, that was a plus and closed the deal. My overall experience at Nissan of Union City was great. Douglas made everything easy for me. I left there with a brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue.😁 I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially the salesman, Douglas. Last thing I forgot to mention, he is very funny, you will not be bored. More

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever I went to the dealership, without a car (I had totaled my car the week before). My salesman, as well as the finance manager was manipulative in sellin I went to the dealership, without a car (I had totaled my car the week before). My salesman, as well as the finance manager was manipulative in selling me the car. Everytime I think about the experience, I get a knot in my stomach. After being there for almost 6 hours, I finally got the car. It comes to find out that they sold me a used vehicle WELL over 120% of what the car is worth. Grant it, I should have done my research, and should not have listened to the "monthly payment" foolery. I know that the dealers are out to get a paycheck, this is in fact their career. However, this was a disgusting deal, especially how they took advantage of me. I can expect this from a buy now and pay here lot, but i am surprised it happened here. Nissan should not even allow this! If you a thinking about being a future customer, Please go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. I wish I had of seen the reviews before. More

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE I purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra a few months ago, my salesman was Rueban Jones. After I purchased my vehicle, I received a call from Rueban I purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra a few months ago, my salesman was Rueban Jones. After I purchased my vehicle, I received a call from Rueban Rueban tried to bribe me. Rueban said "there will be a survey sent to you, if you give me five stars then I will allow you to come and get two free gas fill-ups from the nissan dealership" I said no either you earned the five stars honestly or not at all. Fast forward I realized I didn't have center caps, I called the dealership and I was informed that I would be able to come to the dealership and get them. I arrived today 3/6/2017 and was informed by the floor manager Antwan mcgee that there was nothing that he would do to help me, he was rude and uncaring. I will never purchase from this dealership again. I advise anyone searching for a vehicle to stay away from this place. The salesman are crooked thieves. The floor manager was an unprofessional Jack xxx...STAY AWAY!!!! More

I came in to have a noise checked at only 25,000 miles, 3 tmes in less than a week and was told nothing was wrong. I went to a different dealership and they immediately told me I needed a new transmission!!! It was covered by the 60K warranty, but how could the Union City Service team not know it was the transmission?!!? I will NEVER go back for service or anything else!!! More
